For the first time, a dedicated Community opportunity is being organised by the ECCC in cooperation with NCCs within BCC 2026. The Community Day is designed to bring Community Members, NCCs and market participants together in a focused format built around visibility, pitching, targeted connections and concrete cross-border opportunities.
BCC 2026 brings together government representatives, regulators, industry leaders, cybersecurity experts and partners from across Europe. The previous edition welcomed 1.200+ participants from 42 countries and 100+ high-level speakers.

Meet organisations with complementary technologies, expertise, infrastructure or market access. Use the Community to identify potential partners for market expansion, technology development, pilots or service delivery.
The dedicated Community Day is specifically designed to strengthen collaboration and open new business opportunities between Community Members and market participants through sessions and structured matchmaking.
BCC 2026 brings together cybersecurity actors from industry, SMEs, research and academia across Europe. Instead of building international contacts country by country, use the European Cybersecurity Competence Community Day to connect with organisations from multiple cybersecurity ecosystems in one place.
Selected Community Members will have the opportunity to pitch their organisation and expertise during the Community Day. The format gives selected organisations 3-5 minutes on stage to present who they are and what they do to the wider business audience.
Use it to make one thing very clear: what can you offer - and who do you want to meet? A short pitch can become the starting point for a project, partnership, pilot or business conversation.
The Community Day includes dedicated structured matchmaking between Community Members and market participants, rather than relying only on informal networking.
Your objective should not be to collect as many business cards as possible. It should be to leave Bucharest with a number of high-value contacts worth continuing the conversation with.
BCC 2026 brings together the organisations shaping and responding to Europe's cybersecurity environment. The announced agenda includes AI governance and security, zero trust and identity, supply chain and cloud security and the evolving EU cybersecurity rulebook, including NIS2 and the Digital Omnibus.
For businesses and cybersecurity providers, this creates an opportunity not only to hear what is changing, but to understand:

- Where regulation is moving;

Application and selection process: join the Luxembourg delegation
The National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3), acting as NCC-LU, in coordination with the ECCC, will select up to four companies to form the Luxembourg delegation participating in the European Cybersecurity Competence Community Day.
