Forum INCYBER (FIC) 2026: Luxembourg in the Spotlight

Luxembourg made a strong impression at the 11th edition of the Forum INCYBER (FIC), showcasing the strength, diversity, and international reach of its cybersecurity ecosystem.

A Strongly Represented Ecosystem

More than 16 Luxembourg-based organisations were present at the CYBERSECURITY Luxembourg pavilion, highlighting a dynamic mix of public institutions, private companies, and innovation actors across the cybersecurity landscape.

Key Highlights & Contributions

Mohamed Ourdane (CISO of the Year) showcased Luxembourg’s expertise during a roundtable on automation and maintaining control.
Dominique Kogue presented the self-assessment platform developed by the National Cybersecurity Competence Center Luxembourg (NC3) to an international delegation from Kenya.
Dr. Emilia Tantar, contributed to a panel on traceability and authenticity of generated content, emphasizing the need for an open cybersecurity data space.
Pascal Steichen addressed virtualization and sovereignty as key challenges in industrial cybersecurity.
Carmelo Dimauro presented the Secure4SME project, supporting SMEs in implementing the Cyber Resilience Act.
Philippe Parage introduced CyberRange4AI, an open-source, modular and automated cyber range platform for training and simulation.
Alexandre Dulaunoy presented the MISP project to an international audience.

Strong International Engagement

The Luxembourg delegation participated in a series of high-level meetings and institutional visits, strengthening ties with European and international partners (including Belgium, Estonia, Finland and Canada).

These exchanges provided valuable insights into emerging cybersecurity challenges and created new opportunities for collaboration.
