The European Union is building its first European Cybersecurity Competence Community, through the initiative of the ECCC - European Cybersecurity Competence Center, of which Luxembourg holds the very first chair and you can become part of it!

Cybersecurity readiness across SMEs is far from uniform, influenced by size, funding, and tech adoption levels.

7 key national digital service providers recently took part in a nationwide cyberattack exercise in order to test their procedures for cyber incident management. The exercise was organised by the Institut Luxembourgeois de la Régulation – ILR and each participant took part on a voluntary basis. The National Cybersecurity Competence Center – NC3 of the Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity received the mandate to prepare and run the exercise.

After a comprehensive survey on the cybersecurity needs of SMEs conducted earlier this year, the National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3) has now launched a survey in regards to cybersecurity services and solutions offered by providers in Luxembourg. Through this research the connection between cybersecurity providers and businesses in need of cybersecurity solutions should be made easier and clearer.

The Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC) is happy to report a successful launch event of the National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3). On the 30th of June 2023, Bertrand Lathoud presented the new center and its mission of increasing the resilience of the economy to cyber threats and developing a country-specific cybersecurity industrial base at the Chamber of Commerce.
